Mission Statement

Our Goals:

  1. Promote Ethical Practices: We strive to establish and uphold ethical standards within the adoption industry, advocating for the best interests of the child at every stage. We work to eliminate unethical practices, such as child trafficking, exploitation, and coercion, ensuring that each adoption is based on informed consent, honesty, and the child’s welfare.
  2. Enhance Adoption Education and Support: We believe that comprehensive adoption education and ongoing support are crucial for all parties involved. We aim to provide accessible resources, workshops, and counseling services to prospective adoptive parents, birth parents, and adoptees, empowering them to make informed decisions and navigate the complexities of adoption with confidence.
  3. Foster Inclusive Adoption Policies: We strive to reform adoption policies and regulations to be inclusive, fair, and reflective of the diverse needs of children and families. We advocate for removing barriers based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, and socioeconomic status, ensuring that every qualified individual or couple has an equal opportunity to provide a safe and loving home for a child in need.
  4. Empower Birth Parents: We recognize the importance of supporting birth parents throughout the adoption process. We aim to provide them with unbiased information, emotional support, and access to resources, empowering them to make choices that align with their unique circumstances. We advocate for open adoption options that foster ongoing connections between birth parents, adoptive families, and adoptees, when appropriate and in the best interest of the child.
  5. Advocate for Post-Adoption Services: We understand that adoption is a lifelong journey that extends beyond the placement phase. We work to ensure that post-adoption support services are readily available to adoptive families and adoptees, addressing their evolving needs and helping them navigate challenges that may arise. We advocate for comprehensive post-adoption resources, including counseling, support groups, and access to medical and mental health services.

Through collaboration, education, and advocacy, we are dedicated to driving systemic change that ensures the well-being and happiness of every child involved in the adoption process. Together, we can create a future where every child finds a loving and nurturing home, and where adoption is a compassionate and transformative experience for all.
